Guest Goldfinger Posted June 21, 2005 Report Posted June 21, 2005 I have the Audiovox and have been trying to connect to my company's VPN. They use Cisco VPN 3000 Concentrator/IPSec/Pre-Shared Keys. I have all the settings from our IT guys but have not been able to connect. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The rest of my co-workers have cingular "unlimited media access" and none of them are able to connect via VPN. I believe it has something to do with your service providers limits. Also in the work settings of the phone i put our company's ip in there so it knew when I attempted to connect to that certain address it has to go through the VPN, best of luck to you all

Can anyone point me in the right direction? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hi, I have been trying to connect to VPN at my company have been unsuccessful so far. One thing that I noticed was when I tried to use the dial-up server (it didnt work either), but I suddenly was able to set the work connection to DIALUP, which was the name I chose when I configured dialup. The other choices were Cingular GPRS, or automatic, but previous to setting up the dialup settings, I didnt have that as one of my choices in the work connection. When I setup the VPN connection, I can never get the name for my VPN connection to appear in that Work connection drop down. Could this be a bug? or does it have something to do with an already open connection? Anybody know?
