PDA2K - Exchange email problem

I'm having a problem syncing my PDA2K to my Exchange 2003 server. I'm aware that the PDA2K needs a server certificate allocated to it (which it has and is installed) but I keep receiving errors whilst syncing in it's cradle.

If I remove the need for SSL then syncing appears to work. I'm informed that a number of emails, calendar items and contacts are being synced to the PDA2K but nothing apperars on the device.

Any advice on this problem appreciated as I've been trying to resolve this for a number of days now.
