Orange GPRS dialling?

It it normal when you go to a wapsite page and at the top of the screen it say's Dialling.... and it connecting to the page and i have got a G sign next to the signal?

I have it blank on all on the GPRS edit settings except for Access point i put paygwap?

What is the set up?
