There are two ways this can be done. First, you can go to the Accessories folder in the Start Menu, and use the Clear Storage option. Second, with the phone powered off hold down the left and right soft keys. While holding them, press and hold the power button for about 1-2 seconds. Release all three at the same time. If you got the timing right, you will get a messaging asking if you want to reset. Select 0 to reset, and let the phone boot. If you got it wrong, it will boot normally and you will have to try again.
