Orange SPV M2000 + HS820 BT

Hi all, I have just Received my M2000 and its fantastic, i have one small problem and was wondering if anyone can help or advice Please.

I have 2 phones one for work and one for personal use, i had 2 SE T610's and they share the headset ( Motorola HS820 ) i can connect my M2000 to the headset but it Holds the connection and will not allow another device to share it, can i change it ? is it possible to only use the headset when it requires a connection ie calling or receiving a call like the 610's .. any and all help would be appreciated, i did a search on Bluetooth but never found what i needed..
