freedom keyboard

as me the wife an kids are going on hols in couple weeks...i thought id better check out the keyboards for my c500 so we could chat to family and friends back home on msn messenger.

so the wife ordered me the freedom keyboard yesterday for £54 and it arrived today....lots earlier than i expected.

she phoned me at work to say it had arrived and it was the longest 8 hours ive ever waited to get home.

after opening it...i found it was every bit as neat as the pics i seen in certain threads.

it seems well made and the keys have a nice feel to them.

blue tooth connected no problems after installing the program.

first thing i tried was note pad...whooosh...the letters just flew onto the c500...i like this i thought.

next thing to try was agile messenger....chatting was a breeze...but oh...whats this...trying to send the text was another thing...it seems when u try to send with the enter button...it activates the voice send thingy.

the only way to send was to press the send key on the c500 itself.

so.... has anyone worked out how to send the text without using the main button on the phone itself...maybes a shortcut on the keyboard itself.

it seems on the keyboard...the only hot keys u can customise are linked to the apps themselves...ie...fn+3 = opens notepad....and not the keys like...send.

or maybes disable voice send on agile messenger altogether...dunno if this can be done though.

as a side note...when using the default msn messenger on the phone...pressing enter sends the text no problem.

apart from this problem...which is probally down to agile itself ...the keyboard has a good wow factor and does wot it says on the tin.

nope...tried that....btw...ive tried most key combinations i can think of.

Use the standard MSN Messenger that came with it?
