Anyone got Tomtom 4 working with French Rom?

Has anyone managed to get the non tomtom GPS working with tomtom 4, and the French rom on their C500?

I presume it uses the same bluetooth stack and software as the new leaked UK ROM, if so I don't think it will work.

TomTom 4 won't work on the new Uk ROM but TomTom 5 works instantly

There was a patch used to fix tomtom for the c500 maybe that was written with the old ROM in mind and fails to work with the new one.

Also I don't think TT4 was ever officially supported by TomTom so you won't get much help from them. Easiest thing to do is upgrade to TT5 - Much better anyway ;)
