smallest music compression

Whats the smallest you guys get your music down to and how?

I use Exact Audio Copy and extract a CD in to one wav, I then convert this with windows encoder to a pocket PC sized wma. I can get an 670MB album down to 14MB with acceptable audio quality or 30MB with good quality.

Its a kinda long winded way of doing things so I'm interested in how you guys convert and compress?

I just use dbPoweramp, you can stick in a cd and rip it all to your selected format and bitrate etc and it's really quick. It's freeware too! Check out http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm

Nice one Jamma, I will give that a bash! Do you know if it can convert files that are save on your HD or can it only convert from CD?

dbPowerAmp will convert existing files also. Very handy app.
