MPX220 - saving attachments

How can I save an attachment in Outlook on my MP220?

I can open up a bunch of files types (xls, pdf etc), but when the extension is .c or .bin it complaines about there not being a registered application. I don't want to run it, just save it.

Is the a third party application that will let me save attachments?
