latest update?

had my spv for a few days now, generally happy - no major problems other than not being able to use active sync

i have a few questions and would be grateful for some help

1) is orange backup a secure and effective way of backing up the info on the phone. i can't face having to type all the contacts in again?

2) is orange backup free?

3) have different versions of the phone been released? how do i know which version i have?

4) how does the GPRS agreement work? how much is 10MB? how do i know if i go over it?

sorry if some of these questions may already have been asked, but they're probably worth asking again for new users like me

ps Is there any other important things i should know about the SPV?

1) Yes, but not as good as installing Outlook on yer PC (it's on the included CD).

2) Yes and no, free to use, but when you pay for GPRS, it'll cost ;)

3) Nope, just the one

4) You can use as much as you like for now. If O feel you are abusing the unlimited package, they will call you. They are NOT allowed to charge you - if you are charged on the bill, give em hell!
