Smartphone SDK, how to compile samples

I got Visual Studio .NET, Visual C++ 6.0 and Microsoft Smartphone SDK...

Do i have to download something called Visual Embedded tools 3.0 ? I checked microsoft for something like this, but there is a 300mb download! I don' t think it is so easy to download it with a 56k internet ;-) lol

I actually have the file up on a box on my line, you can try downloading it from there. If not i dont mind burning it to cd and posting it to you (as long as it aint too pricey ;))
