how to restore contacts/calendar from activesync?

i've got a c500 and performed a hard reset on it. prior to doing this i connected it to activesync and synced my contacts, calendar and to-do list into outlook. now i'm wondering how i get them synced back onto the phone? when i connect the phone now it will establish a guest connection, but then there's nothing to sync - or if i try and establish a standard partnership with the name SPV_C500 (what it was called before when i copied the data to pc) it says device already has that name and won't let me recognise the phone as the same one as before i hard reset.

so i'm stumped with how to get them back on, and i'm going away on holiday tomorrow afternoon and desperately need my contacts and calendar back on by then ;) could anybody advise me what to do please?

(btw i'm not a complete newb, i've lurked this forum for a few months and searched it for help before so never needed to post, but i searched for this and couldn't find a relevant thread :D)
