how to unisntall rjv secure inbox?

i'm just confuse....

I was trying to install rjv secure inbox ,

after completing installation,when activated can't match password

so a can't open my inbox anymore....

the comment is

"an error was encounter while running this program.Type missmatch:"Clng"

what should I do ? re install ?uninstall?deleted?

please any advise?

I've been trying aa hundred times uninstall and reinstall application

but the "inbox exe" stil locked and still can't open inbox.

is there any other idea ?how to put it back as before(original)

because until now I can't open any massage!..

help me please..
