OK challenge-How on earth do u use recording in a call?

I really need to record the call to find out who this fine young philly is

but how do i do it!!!!!

I do a bit of work in the telephony industry (building call centres, pbx's, VoIP etc).

Its illegal to record a phone call to be used as evidence without the 3rd party being aware for a civilian case. This can be done as either a recorded message at the beginning of a call ("this phone call may be recorded for training purposes"), verbal agreement ("do you mind if we record...") or just by playing a soft beep in the background during the conversation (bet you always wondered what that was for).

So, if you were to record the phone call, you couldnt do anything with it (apart from listen to it in a darkened room over and over again, on your own, until your ears bled)
