Help with getting true tones to work on my phone!

Okay i have a samsung i600 with verizon. Alright i have made all four of the songs short and mp3 format and i put them in the folder with al the built in ringers. And they still don't work. I need help please if anyone has any help or advice for me i would be very thankful or a program that can help us. Thank you everyone but i really need help please.

Not sure if this will help however i have an imate smartphone 2 and have found that ringtones have to be in the format of .wav

I also have the I-600

The files must be in the WAV format for them to work.

Try to use wma ,it works on C500 ,and on C500 the ringtones are in Storage>Application Data>Sounds ,not sure of your phone's menu ,but u may give it a try ...
