can i send video messages that i have recorded? if so how?

can i send sounds? can i record a sound and then send it?

1. you can send Video messages by going into Camera then selecting Menu>1.Capture Mode>3 MMS Video

2 You can send a sound but only via blue tooth or email I'm afraid by using Smart Exlporer.

my capture mode doesnt have mms video

it has

1.Photo

2.Video

3.Photo ID

4.Picture theme

5. Manage

any ideas?
