I'm having a problem making the photo show up correctly on my phone. I have followed the tutorial to the letter but cannot get it to work.

I have copied the incall.gif file to ISPMincall.gif and the photo created in photoshop has been copied to Storage Cardpict folder. I go into the registry and gone to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Shell/Rai/:Callalert and follwed your instructions and changed the path to the incall.gif file. WhoCall Mgr is activated but when I get a call, only the photo shows up in the bottom right corner but the xbox incall.gif theme is missing.

The same sort of thing seems to happen when I try to apply the xbox theme you made to my phone. I change all the registry entries so that it should show the xbox gifs but it never seems to work. :lol:

Please can anyone help.
