Delete all contacts?

Is it possible to delete all contacts in one go?

Ive been syncing a lotus notes (yes I wash my mouth out!) Address book with 1700+ contacts, now my PSV contacts are sooooooooooo slow, I want to delete all and start agin.

Er the quickest way would be to do a hard-reset, but then you'd lose all your msg's, homescreens and ringtones :?

erm, how about exporting your contact list from outlook, and delete all the contacts (so when the phone syncs it deletes them all), then, you could import your contacts again into oulook if required (just dont sync em back to your phone if you dont want all 1700 contacts again hehe)
