Profiles, Vibrate & Ring with an incoming call?

When I had a Motorola a couple of years ago I could set it to vibrate first (e.g. the first three rings) then ring. Handy if you have not felt it vibrate. I found this useful. Is it possible to edit the xml file to do this :?:

You can do it anyway, its in the settings/sounds/profiles then menu>edit and you can select a variety of different rings
