Guest sb Posted March 27, 2003 Report Posted March 27, 2003 Anyone know if de-certifying voids the warranty or voids network contract or any of te other orange subterfuges?
Guest Will Posted March 27, 2003 Report Posted March 27, 2003 Well simply hard resetting your phone still returns it to the out of box condition.. so if you ever had to send it back, just do that.. As to if it voids warranty, no idea.. sorry! Will
Guest yatpeak Posted March 28, 2003 Report Posted March 28, 2003 It doesn't void your warranty, I'm quite sure of taht. Both through other people saying it and just what seems fair. Wyatt
Guest sb Posted March 28, 2003 Report Posted March 28, 2003 FAIR !! According to the Nazi "superviser" i spoke to in customer support, Orange are not responcible for the phone or their shops, or anything their tech department tell you about the phone because they are merely the network provider!!! "Check your contract sir"........And i was very lucky to have had my phone replaced after only complaining for nearly 18 hours over 6 days despite having insurance which they denied i had for 8 of them. Beware, but maybe i was just unlucky! Sorry about the overuse of exclamation marks!...!!!!
Guest Palindrome Posted March 28, 2003 Report Posted March 28, 2003 Orange are offering decerting from their website now for developers, free. So I imagine not.
