Guest midgetdiablo Posted June 26, 2005 Report Posted June 26, 2005 (edited) hey. i was just wondering if theres a big difference on the T-mobile SDA's small joystick as opposed to the c500 5-way navigation button? its just that i wanna buy a c500 cuz its cheaper, but i'd also like a joystick cuz it seems to handle better. is it crucial? Guest awarner [MVP] Posted June 26, 2005 Report Posted June 26, 2005 It's all down to personal preferance as both units do not have any diagonals for gaming. :) You may find the joystick takes longer to get used to though.
Guest midgetdiablo Posted June 26, 2005 Report Posted June 26, 2005 alright. then theres no real point spending the extra money for the joystick phone. thanks :)
Guest xda-rocks Posted June 26, 2005 Report Posted June 26, 2005 I have experience of both C500 and SDA. The joystick on the SDA is a million times easier to use than the C500. I bought my wife a C500 and she through it back at me 2 days later, cos she couldn't get it to select the right options. She insisted on an SDA, cos the joystick is so sweet. My sons have a C500 and an SDA. Everybody who sees the pair of phones together prefers the SDA. I couldn't get to grips with the C500 and gave up trying to use the navi-thing. I personally now use an MPx220 (much bigger buttons) very easy to navigate.
Guest midgetdiablo Posted June 27, 2005 Report Posted June 27, 2005 wow. great info. thanks xda. :) now i dunno what to get :D is there a way to make it easier to control the navi-control?
