Guest MrSMT5600 Posted June 26, 2005 Report Posted June 26, 2005 I am Using Ashampo Shrink and Burn, how do i compress video so the video size isnt so big in order to make larger files fit on my phone... i go under "creat movie for pda" then i usually pick the full screen (320 pixils) but all the files i fave tried have ended up duble the files size and ran really choppy...
Guest Confused Stu Posted June 26, 2005 Report Posted June 26, 2005 OK, first an apology - I've never used that program, so I don't know the answer! BUT I have transfered a lot of my films onto my phone, and I've always used: DVD Decrypter to transfer the DVD onto my Hard Drive; PocketDivx Encoder (http://divx.ppccool.com/langue.php?lang=EN&PHPSESSID=b8dd8cc169e09a50b4f9ad4f1f424a1a) to transform these files into tiny little Smartphone sized files (approx 1Mb per minute on decent quality) Betaplayer (http://betaplayer.corecodec.org) to play the finished product on the phone. If you can't find the answer you're after, maybe this will be of help (all programs are free to download and use). :)
