Ok so I just got my audiovox 5600 and so far i'm loving it. I got my internet working by following the instructions over at wap.x2-hosting.com/t-zones/ worked like a charm.

So now i'm wanting to try out some internet radio but I cant seem to get it to work. I goto the pages and click on the links for listen now and wmp opens and it says connecting for awhile and then just says "stopped" same result on any webpage I try listening to the radio on? If anyone can give some advice to a noob on what i'm doing wrong I would really appreciate it. I even tried downloading the demo of pocketmusic and couldnt get that working. "diffrent problem kept saying my phone couldnt open that file type even after I associated .asx and .asf to pocketmusic.

and yes I do have unlimited t-zones/wap access i'm able to browse all webpages just fine. thanks again for any help anyone can give.

Just because you have unlimited T-Zones doesn't mean you have unlimited internet. The unlimited T-Zones and the unlimited internet are two separte plans (but the unlimited internet includes unlimited T-Zones). If you don't have the unlimited internet plan, then T-Mobile is likely blocking MOST available ports for your phone, except the ports necessary to view webpages.

You are correct, T-Mobile does block most ports on T-Zones - otherwise why would anyone pay the extremely fair 19.99 for unlimited data for computers? Its not impossible though - I use my 4.99 t-zones for anything, including streaming media and using the built-in MSN Messenger. You just have to use a "work around"!

Ya I called them up today and put the 19.99 unlimited data on and it works fine how. I would be very interested in knowing your work around to get music streaming to work. Without the 19.99 data plan I couldnt even get msn msg to work.
