How do I find out what ROM I have

So about the newbie question, but I've spent the last hour digging through the search and had now luck. I have an unlocked SMT5600, and I'm trying to determine which ROM is actually installed. I've gone to the about page. and it Says

ROM Update Versions:

Operator: 1.1.40.0

Manufacturer: 1.1.58.80

I've tried searching for those numbers, but couldn't find anything. Could someone please help me out.

What it is written is installed ...

So I have ROM 1.1.40? Why can't I find any mention of this rom version anywhere? I see that it's pretty old so I guess No I need to try to find a more up-to-date version.
