Are you finding the signal rubbish

I live in the south wales area and for the last 3-4 weeks the signal has been really rubbish, all phones have been showing full bars but when a call is made, it just gives you the beep beep beep noise and doesnt even try to connect, theres other things like texts not getting through and whatever, people missing important calls over it and stuff, i know it isnt my phone or my house in general cos people in school get the same problem and they live further away hmmmm any body else from this area had similar troubles ??? let me know :)
