Total Backup?

I did try searching but can't find an answer.

Orange are replacing my dust-ridden phone and I need to backup "everything". Txts, dictionary, settings.. the lot. Is there a way of doing this without spending money on a program?

There are programs which do a lot, but the only one that does everything that I know of is Sprite and you have to buy it. They used to do a trial version but found everyone used it once when they needed it!

It is actually worth the money it only costs a few pounds and you can set it to back up all your important data to your SD card at say 2.00am Then you should never lose all your data from a bad crash etc
