Where's the T9 Custom Dictionary held on C500?

Hi, I've done a lot of searching but can't seem to find out what file holds the CUSTOM T9 dictionary on the SPV C500. I'd like to make a backup of this and other files before upgrading to new ROMs.

It's ok, found it now: T9AW.UDB
