Forgot password

I have a C500 phone with rj secureinbox installed and i have accidentally forgot my password to access my messages through the start menu, but accessing through the home screen with the orange screen works fine, yet i do not want to use this homescreen. I have tried removing the program but that then removed the ability to gain access to my messages leaving me with a a message saying that the inbox could not be found. If possible i would like to fix this problem without a hard reset or restoring using the firmware update as my own personal computer is out of use at the moment.

Have you tried using MASTER as password?

YEY that worked thanks. it turns out the overriding password was 'master' in lowercase. Thanks alot that has sorted my problem :). I didnt remember that when u activate the security it tells you that the deactivation key is 'master' as it was that long ago :oops:
