t-mobile gprs and mms settings for sda?

could anyone here who has an SDA have a look at there mms and gprs setting and post them here please.

T-mobile tech support are useless and on first go said they dont sell this phone in the UK and then on second go said they would have to ring me back as her actuals words were" she wasnt techy enough"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

really would apprecite it.
