Backing Up Data Settings

Hi,

Firstly let me say what a great web site MoDaCo is, I was fortunate enough to get an Orange BAFTA special edition of the SPV C-500 and with the help of this site get the data settings for working on O2 in the UK....many thanks :)

Now to my problem, the handset has crashed a few times and when it reboots [cold?] its lost all the O2 settings for WAP,GPRS and MMS.

My question, is there a backup utility that will enable me to reload these setting after a cold reset, its a right pain after you have re-input the data a few times.

Hi,

I use RESCO to export my working data settings (export as .reg file)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Comm\Rasbook

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Planner

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Providers

After a hard reset, re-install RESCO then import the reg files. If *.reg files are associated with RESCO, you can just click on the *.reg files to 'merge' the data.
