No sound on Media Player 9

Hiya - was just wondering if anyone can tell me how to get sound back. I've got some music videos on my c500 which were working fine this morning then I've just put another one on and there's no sound at all for any of my videos!

I've restarted the phone and checked that the volume is up on the side bar and on Media Player which it is. Am totally stuck :)

Any ideas??

If u say the volume is up ... what type of files r u using ?
