Add / Remove Programs Error

Hi Guys,

I have a small problem with ActiveSync...

I went to install a program for my phone (an automated installer thingy), this went good until i plugged my phone into the cradle. When i did the add/remove programs dialog opened up to install the program and simply froze, then went away.

Now whenever i open ActiveSync and click Tools --- Add/Remove the same thing happens, the dialog box freezes and then just goes away.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling ActiveSync however this did not work :)
