QTEK 8010 upg. rom problem

I bought a new qtek 8010 (same as c500) wich came with qtek rom1.3.31.12 (deutch idiom). Using SPVTOOLS I have tried to upgrade to qtek rom 2.1.32.11 (most recent). I've got the error message: "ERROR [294]: invalid VENDER ID"

Any help tosove this issue? Thank you all.

I dunno what the problem is in your situation but it might be an idea to read the first post in this thread.

It doesn't relate to your situation exactly but following the instructions might just solve the vendor ID problem. Maybe. :?:
