Guest kinger Posted June 30, 2005 Report Posted June 30, 2005 :?: I wonder if any one has come across this problem and has found a solution. Not all the time, but most of the time, I will open up the camera function and take a photo. An alert will come back saying "I do not have enough free memory" I have killed off all running aplications under task manager and now have 3,348kb free Under storage, total 27.98mb only using up 3.68mb It seems to work properly now but would be interested if any one has come across this before and has solved it another way just incase it happens again Cheers
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted June 30, 2005 Report Posted June 30, 2005 Welcome to the site :) I've had it a few times and it can be replicated more often using frames. It's probably the physical memory (ram) that you are running out of, and the way the camera caches it's images is possibly the cause.

Seems to be an inherant problem with the phone rather than anything you can actually do about it
Guest Confused Stu Posted June 30, 2005 Report Posted June 30, 2005 My camera always used to have problems storing things directly to the Storage Card (couldn't even start a video recording). What I do to get around this is to have them going into the Storage and then afterwards I move them onto the card. Good luck.
