Audiovox SMT5600 - Doesn't receive incoming calls

I recently purchased an Audiovox SMT5600. It does not receive incoming calls. Here's the scoop:

* I 'unlocked' the phone using software from a website 'c500-unlock'

* I am using a T-Mobile SIM and have T-Mobile service

* I can make outgoing calls

* If someone does call me, I receive an SMS text message indicating that I have received a call and have a voicemail.

* I have attempted multiple profiles; they have the ring sound set correctly.

* I am not in flight mode

* I do get sounds for other features (e.g. reminders that a meeting on my calendar is coming up)

Can anyone help me??

Have you tried to reboot your phone?

I had this problem just over a week ago ans the only this that fixed it was restarting the phone.

Do you mean just turning it off and then back on? If so, then yes, I have done that. However, if there is some technique to do a hard re-boot, then I am not aware of it. Please advise.

THAT'S IT!!

I checked my SIM card back in my old phone again, and it wouldn't received incoming calls either. I went to T-Mobile and got a new SIM card. Now it works!
