Adding a file to a programme

Is it possible? Using the filemanager on the phone (cingular), I cannot add a file to a programme...

Its easier just to use activesync and while its hooked up to the computer, add the file that you need by browsing your mobile device.

When I transfer files throuh the explore window they transfer fine. But when the phone is rebooted the files are gone. Any suggestions?

Where are you copying the files to? Files that you put in the windows directory will be deleted everytime the phone is restarted.
