smartphone CAB file creation

i'm new here (my first post :) )

anyway, i've been working with pocket PC for a while, customisations, SOE building etc etc.

now i've been given a smartphone to develope an SOE for (imate sp3).

baically, i need to create cab files for this device.

I need some serious assistance with the registry though.

I want to make a cab file that regionalises the device, timezone, locale etc etc.

can anyone show me what i need to put in my inf file to add to the registry of my sp3?

i tried making a inf based on the same info i have for pocket PC, but the cab won't install.

I have a copy of cabwizSP.exe, is this all i need ?

also, how do i get a copy of Remote Registry Editor ?

I have a copy of the smarphone SDK, but i can not find the registry utility.

I need this to make registry exporting easy.

or, do you have any other recommendations for making cabs that customise the registry.
