Can anyone supply the USB modem driver?

Hi,

sorry to have to ask this one but can anyone supply me with the driver for setting up my smartphone as a modem connected to computer? i have looked everywhere and cannot find it. I know its on my cd but can't find that either!!!

also - is it possible to use a bluetooth dongle and my phone to provide wireless access at home?
