SPV C500 answer phone

Dear all

I'm having problem retreiving my answer phone messages on my SPV C500

If i hold down the 1 key, it displays a + sign, then it displays Aswer phone - then looks like it's calling

However it isn't calling the answer phone it just sits there.

If i go start->orange->orange plus ->call orange -> answer phone it rings and the answr message comes in

Can someone tell me whether this is a phone problem?

No worries sorted i

Start -> settings -> Phone -> Call options

Voice mail number set to a + - changed this to the answer phone number, now sorted

Have a look in Settings, Phone, Call Options.

Is there a proper number in the Voice Mail box ?

Orange is +447973100123 but on some phones it is erroneously set as 1234 or something.
