Can't Save onto my phone

Has anyone had a problem with the SMT5600 (or any other smartphone) where you can't save files onto the storage drive? I've been able to save files in the past, but now when I try to drag files onto the directory, I get a circle with a crosshatch icon indicating that nothing can be dropped/copied into the directory.

I have plenty of room for files, so I don't know what's going on.

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Have you tried Copy and Paste?

My Activsync V4 has a similar habit at the moment so all I can do is Copy and Paste.
