t9 in name fields

hi, i've asked this before but i think i put the question incorrectly..

sooo.... is there a way of having t9 as the first input method in NAME & PASSWORD fields, etc etc? i would prefer it, as even my passwords are usually actual words & that.. can it be done in regedit?
