Can I dissaply restoring of normal windows folder?

Hi ..

I'm trying to make .45 multilanguage... I have got some languages files and i'm putting them in the windows folder on the phone.. Its working okay.. I have now resource manager, Internet explorer, Camera ect. on Dutch.. :)

But.. After a restart the files I have put in the windows folder are deletet and all are on english again.. Does anyone know how i can dissaply that fuction.. MayB inform of a hax in the regedit... Please help me with that problem..

The Windows directory is re-written each time the phone reboots and as far as I know there is no way to prevent/ stop this process because this is the way Windows actually work!

Even if you add files, executables or not, when the device is restarted they will be wiped out.

YES! And thats the problem.. I have to add some new files.. But everytime i restart they are gone.. There muss be a way to fix this..

What files are you trying to put there?

Try setting the files you copy to the folder to read-only and system. Maybe that will prevent them from being removed (sort of like what I do when I'm beta-testing my programs I write that get compiled into the \Storage\Volatile folder from being deleted when I reboot the phone). I don't know if you've already done that, but if you haven't, its worth a shot.
