hiya I just got a copy of dvd2ppc 2 It works great lol

I convert full movies to watch on the move and they play grainy as hell and my screen quality is low during playing movies or looking at photos

when i take my card out and put into my M1000 it plays great no grainy effects at all

Is there a way to increase resoloution on the m2000 or is it that I need a new screen if so im screwwed lol its out of contract now lol

what's it like when you browse the net etc. Is the text displayed ok?

I'm wondering if it's some kind of graphics driver issue or something.

You would know if it was hardware or software-related by doing a hard reset I suppose

hiya its the same after a hard reset i did that when i first got the m2000 its the same before and after the hard reset

any chance you know where i can get the graphics drivers i have just done the RUU_v2.2OrangeUK_v5.31.1.162.ship Update and still no joy

to be honest - I don't know enough about the drivers really, but if it's still like that after a hard reset, it could very well be a knackered screen.

It's a shame you're out of contract cos if it were insured, even independently by one of the hundreds of insurance companies out there that covers theft, accidental damage and faults with the product, they would replace the handset I suppose. I mean if I bought one off ebay for example the first thing I'd do is get it insured. Not that I'm suggesting you do anything untoward here of course
