E200 HARD RESET...AND JOYSTICK PROBS

Hello peeps

Can som1 plz post the link to the 'e200 hard reset' page. It was quite detailed and 'idiot proof' which helped me right out! But now I cant find it!?! :shock:

Oh, and im having a problem with the 'action' button. Last couple of weeks its been playing up...in my case it 'chooses' not to go down, whenver it feels like it. Any1 else had this prob [WITH THE PHONE] and are any inherent probs like this with the C500?

Ive been due an upgrade since March, but holding out for C550! Im holding on by the tip of mi fingers...OOUUCCHH!

The joystick problem is a common fault of the E200 and you will need to get the whole phone replaced. It can happen with the C500's roller but it is nowhere near as common.

I guess the joystick / roller is always going to get a bashing if you play a lot of games on the phone. Its difficult to see how they could make it more robust and still be a good controller.

I hope we're all not disappointed with the C550 when it comes out. The C500 is still such a fantastic device compared to everything else out there and it seems like the C550 won't be all that much of an advance in Smartphone technology.

Got to have one though :D :)
