Opera mobile for Smartphone 2003 Installation Prob

I have tried five times to install the latest final release of Opera to my Samsung i600 running on Smartphone 2003. When I go through the installation, apparently all goes well. The software is declared "installed successfully" by the phone. When I then try to run Opera, I get a message that the "program cannot start because it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate". Incidentally, I had the "technical preview" version of the Opera browser on my phone and it was running well daily for about a year, until June 30, when it expired. The downloading instructions for the new version describe the software as "All Devices", without providing any information about phones that may not be compatible. Does anybody have a clue as to what all this means?

Opera have already replied (via email to a Modaco member, posted in another thread) that they are working on the signing issue and hope to have an answer soon.

Have a search over the last week or so and you should find the thread
