PHM Registry Editor Backup doesn't work?

I have installed the PHM Registry Editor on a Qtek 8020 (same as iMate sp3i) with Windows Mobile 2003. However when I try to use the function to backup the registry I get the following message:

"Error.

Unable to perform backup".

This happens regardless of what options I choose. I have also plenty of space on my Storage Card so it is not a storage problem.

Has anybody tried it on such a phone (and/or with Windows Mobile 2003) and confirm if it works?

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
