C500 release date

could some 1 tell me when the c500 was released i picked mine up on day of release and am wondering if my 12months is so i can get the m500 :)

ive had a look on google and cant find it anywhere

Would in not be easiest to phone 150 and ask them? They don't seem to mind. Other option is to sign into the orange website upgrade page and look at the prices. If they say "from free" but then give you a ridiculous price then you are still in contract. ;-)

If it helps, I've had mine since November and they'd come down in price to free on most contracts so I would guess it's been a year.

I can definitely confirm Moonshot's date - The 18th was the day CoolSmartPhone confirmed they were out in the shops, so I called my local ones and one (out of three) had some in. I went to collect it, they commented they'd only just unwrapped the shipment and it has "18 Aug 2004" stamped on the side of the box. Also, my receipt shows the 18th.

I know all this as I'm currently counting down the days until I can upgrade Little Stewie to a new M500..... :)

Unless you are a business customer you will have a long wait, as the M500

is not available to non business customers. :evil:
