Guest gtivinny Posted July 6, 2005 Report Posted July 6, 2005 HOW DO I DO THIS, IT'S REAL PAINFULL DOING IT 1 BY 1!! (OVER 500 CONTACT'S) IS THERE A WAY OF DELETING THEM ALL AT ONCE!!
Guest nlk77 Posted July 6, 2005 Report Posted July 6, 2005 Why not do it via activesync? It's much easier to delete the contacts from Outlook. Cheers!
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted July 7, 2005 Report Posted July 7, 2005 The way to do it using Activsync without losing all your contacts from the PC as well is to do the following, Start Outlook then delete all the contacts, then sync the phone making sure the rules are replace on phone etc and your contacts will be gone. Once you do that unplug the phone and in Outlook click on Edit\Undo Delete and your contacts in outlook will reappear. Just remember not to quit Outlook until you have selected Undo Delete or you will also lose your contacts on the PC for good as well.
