SPV C550 AVAILABLE TO ORDER!

hey guys,

I just came off the phone with orange after asking about upgrading

The woman told me that i can order the spv c550 if i want as it is available right now!!!!

I also asked about the M500 and she told me that it is down as expected release of July but subject to change.

1 Question, is it worth waiting for M500 or just going for the c550.

I cant wait to get a new phone but dont want to be stuck with a c500 clone (WM2003). or an out of date PDA (POCKETPC 2003)

What ever you decide you will have 2003 OS.

What you have to ask is do you want a PPC or the same phone you have now but with higher res?

mmmm yeah its a tuff one. i am leaning toward the m500 because its different to the smartphones (Obviously) iv had over the years.

Iv had the original spv, iv had the E100, e200 Now SPV C500.

C500 has served me well and i like the stability of it. but id like to play with something else, something different.

Oooooooh. if i had a release date for the m500 it would set my mind at ease and i could make a discission but i am just impatient. :)

the C550 is nothing different - apart from NOT having WM 2005 but has the WMP10 ROM on it and has hot keys for WM and a little (slightly) thicker than C500

as for M2000 and M500 - DOES ship with WM5 but kinda defeats the whole purpose on a phone if ya know what I mean? Like.. its not really pocket size like the E200/C500/C550 - more like a PDA style :)

up to you but it is hell of alot to pay for an upgrade (here in the UK anyway) for C550/M2000

Eh? Neither the SPV M2000 nor SPV M500 ships with WM5 (yet?).
