How to hard reset an Xphone IIm?

Does anyone have information on how to do a hard reset on an Xphone IIm? Are there files that needs to be put in the the STORAGE area afterwards to get the phone back to "factory default"?

Thanks for your help. I think my phone is messed up to a point that it needs a fresh start. O2's web site says hard reset will void warranty. Does anyone have experience with that?

I finally found the answer here http://www.ppcsg.com/mobile/index.php/t50669.html. Basically, this phone is the same as the xphone ii. It works and I am happy. :)
